You have received your baby carrier, baby wrap or swaddle, but would like to return it to us.
Simply return the item to us within 30 days from the date you received your parcel. We will refund the full item price.
Submit a return request
Click the profile icon in the store's menu, or go to the refund policy or a returns page, and then request a return.
In the "Email" field, enter your email address, and then click "Continue".
In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code.
Click "Request return" for the order that you want to submit the return for.
If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.
Select a return reason and add a note for the store.
Click "Request return".
If your return request is approved and requires shipping, then you receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label. After the product is returned, you receive a refund.

Once we have received your return shipment in our warehouse, we will send you an email confirming receipt of the parcel and we'll process the refund - without shipping cost.
We don’t currently offer an exchange service. If you would prefer items in another colour or size, please just return the items you don’t need and place a new order on www.hanababy.co.uk.
If your order doesn't arrive after it has been dispatched you must notify us as soon as possible as well as notifying the shipping provider. We can only track missing items for the first 6 months.
