ORDER PROCESSING:

Please allow 24hrs to process your order. Expect an email within 24hrs to let you know your order is on the way!

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Transit times are subject to customs. Hana Baby is not responsible nor has control of or for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

UK SHIPPING

FREE for orders over £50.00. 

UK shipping Express (estimated 1-2 business days) for most orders is £3.90.

UK shipping Standard (estimated 2-4 business days) for most orders is £2.90.

Shipping for Bulk Orders (5+ Items)

For larger orders, such as those placed by the NHS, wholesale partners, or sling libraries. Of five or more Hana Baby Wraps or Carriers, a shipping fee of £5.50 to £9.50 will apply.

Delivery is estimated within 1–2 business days, and the exact shipping cost will be clearly listed on your invoice.

Import duties, taxes, and customs fees vary depending on the destination country and the specific items ordered. These charges are not included in the shipping cost and are the sole responsibility of the buyer. REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@hanababy.co.uk with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
